Yoga (All Levels)
Students of all levels are invited to join these Vinyasa style classes, including students new to yoga! Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga practice that promotes focus by connecting movement with breath. Clear instruction is given in breathing technique, warm-up and flow with options to modify to your preferred level of difficulty. New students will develop body awareness, alignment and core strength through a progression of flowing basic poses, while experienced students are encouraged to explore advanced variations in familiar postures. This class will be offered on land and in the water!
Benefits: Yoga gets your blood flowing. More specifically, the relaxation exercises you learn in yoga can help your circulation, especially in your hands and feet. Yoga also gets more oxygen to your cells, which function better as a result.
